  Our tech was amazing.  He was prompt and expedient with scheduling,  on time (on 2 separate days),  and was able to get our parts for the dryer in 2 days.   I provided the parts and still $220 to fix dishwasher ($300 total) that didn't work.  No guarantee of workmanship.  A new dishwasher ran $350.  Asked for a credit for my washer repair that was outstanding and they gave me $20..... Off another $400.  No estimates given beforehand just random invoices.
